1. This prize draw is open only to UK resident’s aged 18 or over. 2. Only entries completed on the iVillage.co.uk website entry form will be valid to enter the competition. Any application containing incorrect, misleading or illegible information will be invalid. 3. The competition is not open to employees of iVillage Limited or any other relevant company or its associated companies. 4. The prize draw will take place on 08 December 2011. 5. The winners will be informed by email within 15 days of the draw. The decision of the judges will be final. 6. The prize is not transferable. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered, provided however that Sponsor shall have the right to provide a cash alternative to the prize, in its sole discretion. 7. The winner’s contract for the prizes with the Sponsor and not the Promoter and by entering the competition each competitor acknowledges that the Sponsor (and not the Promoter) is solely responsible and liable for the prize and that iVillage Limited, together with its officers, directors, employees and all affiliated entities of iVillage Limited (collectively the “Promoter”), is held harmless from any claims, losses, damages resulting indirectly or directly from the competition, the activities or the Sponsor or any prize awarded . 8.
