Sienna Miller's Sea Bass with Garlic, Ginger, Soy Sauce and Spring Onions

Ingredients

  • One whole sea bass
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 bunch spring onions, chopped lengthwise
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
  • To serve:
  • 4 portions boiled rice

Directions

  1. Place your filleted sea bass on a sheet of tin foil. Cover with the garlic, grated ginger, spring onions chopped lengthwise, lemon and soy sauce and wrap into a parcel.
  2. Bake for minutes at .
  3. Serve with boiled rice and steamed Chinese sprouting broccoli.
