Ingredients
- One whole sea bass
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 bunch spring onions, chopped lengthwise
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
- To serve:
- 4 portions boiled rice
