Sirloin Steaks with a Mushroom and Garlic Crust

- 2 sirloin steaks
- 10g unsalted butter
- 50g button mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 25g breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp mixed fresh herbs
- 1 tbsp English mustard
- pinch each of salt and ground black pepper
- sauteed potatoes and steamed vegetables, to serve

- Preheat the grill to medium-high and grill the steak on one side for between and minutes.
- Meanwhile, for the crust, heat the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat. Fry the mushrooms and garlic for minutes. Remove from the heat and spoon into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well, seasoning to taste.
- Remove the steak from the grill, turn over and press the crust mixture on top. Return to the grill and cook for between and minutes.
- Serve with potatoes sauteed in fresh herbs, garlic and olive oil and a selection of steamed vegetables.
