The great thing about kebabs is that you can afford to get creative and it's hard to go wrong. Any flavours that you think go, whack them on a skewer and cook it up, it couldn't be easier. Try this hearty combination with a tasty glaze for extra 'oomph'
 

Ingredients

  • 2 lamb steaks, cut into chunks
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 sirloin steak, cut into chunks
  • 2 courgettes cut into chunks
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into chunks
  • 1 small aubergine, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, quartered
Serves: 4 Preparation: 20 Cook Time: 20 Total Time: 40min whats this
 

Directions

  1. For the glaze:
  2. tbsp olive oil
  3. bsp lemon juice
  4. sp runny honey
  5. tsp Dijon mustard
  6. tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped
  7. Thread the meat and vegetables onto metal skewers.
  8. Place the glaze ingredients in a screw topped jar. Shake and brush over the skewers. Grill for minutes, turning occasionally.
