The great thing about kebabs is that you can afford to get creative and it's hard to go wrong. Any flavours that you think go, whack them on a skewer and cook it up, it couldn't be easier. Try this hearty combination with a tasty glaze for extra 'oomph'
Ingredients
- 2 lamb steaks, cut into chunks
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 sirloin steak, cut into chunks
- 2 courgettes cut into chunks
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into chunks
- 1 small aubergine, sliced
- 4 tomatoes, quartered

- For the glaze:
- tbsp olive oil
- bsp lemon juice
- sp runny honey
- tsp Dijon mustard
- tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped
- Thread the meat and vegetables onto metal skewers.
- Place the glaze ingredients in a screw topped jar. Shake and brush over the skewers. Grill for minutes, turning occasionally.
