Ingredients

  • 7 oz/200ml finely chopped smoked salmon
  • 2 large finely chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped sweet gherkins
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped capers
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped dill
  • Sauce
  • 1fl oz/25ml of G&J Greenall's Original London Dry Gin
  • 5fl oz/150ml mayonnaise
  • 5fl oz/150ml thick natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • pinch of ground allspice
  • pinch of ground aniseed

Directions

  1. Create the sauce by combining all the ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Once the sauce has been created, add the salmon, eggs, gherkins, capers and dill to the mixture, ensuring the salmon is coated with the sauce
