- 7 oz/200ml finely chopped smoked salmon
- 2 large finely chopped hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp finely chopped sweet gherkins
- 1 tbsp finely chopped capers
- 1 tbsp finely chopped dill
- Sauce
- 1fl oz/25ml of G&J Greenall's Original London Dry Gin
- 5fl oz/150ml mayonnaise
- 5fl oz/150ml thick natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- pinch of ground allspice
- pinch of ground aniseed
