Spiced Cranberry and Raisin Sauce

You can prepare this sauce up to 4 days in advance and keep it in the fridge. It's perfect with cold turkey and sliced meats.
Ingredients
- 340g cranberries
- 150ml red wine or water
- 75ml clear honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 50g raisins
- ? each ground cinnamon, ginger and cloves

- Place all ingredients together in a wide saucepan and simmer uncovered for - minutes until the mixture thickens to resemble a sauce.
- Allow the sauce to go cold before serving alongside the turkey.
