Spiced Cranberry and Raisin Sauce

You can prepare this sauce up to 4 days in advance and keep it in the fridge. It's perfect with cold turkey and sliced meats.
 

Ingredients

  • 340g cranberries
  • 150ml red wine or water
  • 75ml clear honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50g raisins
  • ? each ground cinnamon, ginger and cloves

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients together in a wide saucepan and simmer uncovered for - minutes until the mixture thickens to resemble a sauce.
  2. Allow the sauce to go cold before serving alongside the turkey.
