We Brits love our bacon and to celebrate Bacon Connoisseurs Week, Loyd Grossman has prepared this tasty recipe
Ingredients
- 4 rashers (approx 80g) unsmoked streaky bacon chopped into 20mm pieces
- Olive oil
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1 350g jar LG tomato and chili sauce

- Heat the oil in a pan and add the bacon. Cook for minutes until the bacon is cooked and add the pepper. Cook for minutes until the pepper is cooked and beginning to brown.
