450ml vegetable or chicken stock from stock cube
- 1 tsp medium Madras curry powder
- 225g couscous
- 50g sultanas
- 50g toasted flaked almonds
- 400g tikka chicken breast fillets
- flat-leaf parsley to garnish

- Put the stock in a pan. Stir in the curry powder. Bring to boil and stir in the couscous, sultanas and almonds. Remove from the heat and cover. Leave for minutes to absorb liquid.
- Stir in the couscous with a fork and pile on to serving plates. Serve the chicken on top of the couscous. Garnish with parsley. To serve the chicken hot, microwave by following the pack instructions.
