- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 350g Good quality lamb - cubed
- 240g spicy jalfrezi Sauce
- ½ Red pepper - sliced
- 2-3 Shallots, cut in half and into wedges

- Preheat the oven to #C fan, #C conventional, gas
- Heat Tbsp oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan; add the lamb and fry for minutes until brown.
- Place the lamb in a medium size casserole, pour over the Jalfrezi Sauce, cover with a tight fitting lid or foil and cook for - hours or until the lamb is tender.
