Spinach Artichoke Dip

This dip is a delicious treat and may be frozen up to 3 days before serving.
 

Ingredients

  • 400g marinated artichokes
  • 400g spinach, cooked and drained
  • 8 tbsp chopped onion
  • 8 tbsp parmesan cheese, plus 4 tbsp
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Serves: 4 Preparation: 10 Cook Time: 20 Total Time: 30min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together and put into an ovenproof casserole.
  2. Top with additional parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake at //gas mark for to minutes until cheese is slightly browned on edges.
