- 2 sirloin steaks, each weighing 150-200g
- 1 part-baked ciabatta, cooked according to the pack instructions
- 120g baby whole leaf salad
- 75g medjool dates, stone removed and halved
- 50g walnut pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 125g stilton, mashed
- 2-3 tbsp mustard dressing

- Preheat the grill to high. Grill the steak to your liking: minutes if you prefer it rare, minutes for medium and minutes for well-done. Cut the grilled steak into long strips.
- Cut the ciabatta into slices, discarding the ends. Grill on each side for minutes. Toss the salad, dates and walnut pieces in a bowl.
- Brush each slice of the ciabatta with the oil, then spread thickly with the stilton. Pile the steak on top. Just before serving, toss the dressing into the salad, and place the ciabatta on top.
