- 450g/1 lb pork chipolata sausages
- 2 medium potatoes, scrubbed and cut into chips
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 2 parsnips, peeled and cut into wedges
- 30ml/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 30ml/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 30 ml/2 tbsp soy sauce
- juice and zest of 1 lime
