- 25g celery, thinly sliced
- 125g red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 225g white cabbage, thinly sliced
- 25g each green pepper and yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- 25g red pepper, thinly sliced
- 40g carrots, thinly sliced
- 50g shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 40g mangetout, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 40g salted peanuts
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- Mix all the vegetables together. Heat a wok or large saute pan until smoking hot, add the sesame oil then the vegetables. Saute for about 5 minutes then add the peanuts and soy sauce. Serve immediately.
