Summer garden spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g smoked streaky bacon, chopped
  • 350g spaghetti
  • 250g runner beans, sliced diagonally
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 200g tub tzatziki
Serves: 4   Cook Time: 20 Total Time: 20min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the bacon and fry for about minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bacon is crisp and lightly browned. Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the spaghetti, stir once and cook for minutes. Stir in the beans and cook for minutes more, until tender.
