Sweet aromatic grilled peaches

This is incredibly easy to prepare and full of flavour
Ingredients
- 75g (3oz) strawberries, halved
- 75g (3oz) raspberries
- 75g (3oz) blueberries
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 4 peaches or nectarines, halved and stoned
- 6 tbsp thick low fat yoghurt
- Fresh mint to garnish

- Place the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries in a pan with the sugar, star anise and cinnamon and tbsp water. Heat gently for minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruit has simmered and become saucy. Leave to cool. Remove the cinnamon and star anise and discard.
- Roll the peaches in the berry sauce and place cut side up under a hot grill for minutes until caramelised on top. Serve the warm grilled peaches with more fruit sauce spooned over and a good dollop of yoghurt. Garnish with mint.
