- Wash the sweet potatoes and make a small cut around the middle of each. Cook in the microwave on high for about mins, or in a preheated oven at //Gas mark for about mins until tender.
Cut in half and top each half with a slice of Somerset brie and a sprinkling of pepper, then bubble under a preheated grill for mins. Top with a dollop of cranberry sauce and serve with a green salad.
