Taste of Calabria with fried eggs and truffle oil

Don't just pour a jar of sauce over pasta, with a little imagination, you can rustle up tasty alternatives that are a breeze to prepare
 

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp truffle oil (optional)
  • 1 jar of Dolmio Taste of Calabria
  • 4 free range eggs
  • Freshly ground black pepper and sea salt
  • Crusty bread, to serve
Serves: 2       whats this
 

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil and truffle oil (if using) in a large shallow frying pan and add the Dolmio Taste of Calabria sauce. Allow it to heat through for minutes
  2. Crack the eggs into the pan on top of the sauce, making sure they don't break and allowing some space between each one
