The gods supposedly created tequila by striking the agave plant with lightening. Whatever. Just try this jelly if you're having one of those grown-up kids' parties

Ingredients

1 square lime jelly
100ml water
juice of 2 large limes
200ml tequila

Dissolve the jelly tablet in the water over a gentle heat. Transfer the mixture to a jug, add the lime juice and allow to cool.
Stir in the tequila and divide the mixture evenly between eight standard-sized shot glasses. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
Garnish with lime slices and allow the jellies to soften at room temperature before downing.
