Add some Thai flavours to steak to make a deliciously different main course salad
Ingredients
- 450g (1lb) sirloin steaks (2 medium)
- 100g (4oz) Chinese or iceberg lettuce
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber cut into long strips
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- Dressing:
- 2 tbs lime juice
- 3 tbs Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce
- 2-3 tbs Thai Kitchen Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbs chopped fresh coriander

- Fry the steaks for minutes on each side, or until cooked to you liking, set aside to cool.
- Slice the steaks thinly then place all the salad ingredients in a bowl and toss gently.
- For the dressing mix lime juice, fish sauce and sweet chili sauce together.
