Thai tuna salad with Philly

- 2 tuna steaks (approx 120g each in weight)
- 1/2 large cucumber, cut into long thin strips with a vegetable peeler
- 8-10 radishes, sliced thinly
- 1 little gem lettuce, chopped
- 6 spring onions, sliced thinly
- Dressing:
- 50g Philadelphia Extra Light
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/4 large red chilli (no seeds) finely chopped

- Cook the tuna on a hot griddle pan for four to five minutes, turning once. Leave to stand whilst preparing the salad.
- Mix all of the dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
- Arrange the salad ingredients on plates, slice the tuna thinly, add to the salad and then spoon over the dressing. Serve immediately.
