Thai tuna salad with Philly

Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks (approx 120g each in weight)
  • 1/2 large cucumber, cut into long thin strips with a vegetable peeler
  • 8-10 radishes, sliced thinly
  • 1 little gem lettuce, chopped
  • 6 spring onions, sliced thinly
  • Dressing:
  • 50g Philadelphia Extra Light
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/4 large red chilli (no seeds) finely chopped
Serves: 4 Preparation: 20   Total Time: 20min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Cook the tuna on a hot griddle pan for four to five minutes, turning once. Leave to stand whilst preparing the salad.
  2. Mix all of the dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Arrange the salad ingredients on plates, slice the tuna thinly, add to the salad and then spoon over the dressing. Serve immediately.
