Richie collapses on set Jolie's new son paraded in Hello! magazine 'Racy' Timberlake refused honour Fight the bigots, says Sir Elton
Nicole Richie caused a delay in filming of The Simple Life after collapsing on location in Malibu last week, according to reports in the US.
The incident, that reportedly saw Richie rushed back to her trailer but not in need of medical attention, is thought to have increased tensions between her and co-star Paris Hilton.
Richie and Hilton are thought to have fallen out so badly during the last series of The Simple Life that much of the filming was done without them speaking to each other.
Richie has battled for some time with weight issues, amid speculation she is suffering from an eating disorder.
Jolie's new son paraded in Hello! magazine
Actress Angelina Jolie has unveiled her newly-adopted son Pax Thien by having him star in a photoshoot for Hello! magazine.
The three-year-old Vietnamese boy is pictured at the Hyatt Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City alongside his new siblings, sister Zahara, two, and five-year-old brother Maddox. He is yet to meet Jolie and Brad Pitt's baby Shiloh.
Jolie told Hello!: 'He is a very serious, very sweet little boy.
'You can imagine what courage it takes to be in all new surroundings with new people and a new language. He is very strong.'
'Racy' Timberlake refused honour
A proposal to honour Justin Timberlake in his home state of Tennessee has been rejected by local officials because of the 'racy' nature of some of his songs.
An honour had been proposed to recognise Timberlake's 'meritorious service to the state of Tennessee' but Republican senator Raymond Finney back-tracked after colleagues drew attention to tracks such as SexyBack and Rock Your Body.
'It's not something I want my name on,' said Finney, who is expecting to receive unanimous support for his decision to block Timberlake's honour.
Fight the bigots, says Sir Elton
Sir Elton John has called on people to fight back against homophobic abuse.
In an article in The New Statesmen, Sir Elton, who married long-time partner David Furnish in a civil partnership in 2005, said: 'We should all stand up and speak out for basic human rights.
'Men and women are persecuted and attacked every day all over the world, just because of who they love and who they make love to.'
He added that people should 'shout back' against homophobic abuse, 'whether the bigot is in our local pub or a thousand miles away.'
