Kylie dating younger model

Kylie Minogue is reportedly seeing Scottish DJ and singer Calvin Harris, who at 23, is 15 years her junior.

The News of the World claims the pair are now 'an item' after becoming close while working on Kylie's new ablum.

The newspaper quotes a 'close pal' as saying: 'Kylie and Calvin have spent loads of time together working on the album. Kylie's had a tough time but has finally found happiness with Calvin.'

Gates comeback single flops

Gareth Gates, whose first stab at fame as runner-up in reality show Pop Idol fizzled out in 2003, has suffered a blow in his bid to re-enter the 'big time'.

Gates, 22, had hoped comeback single Changes would chart in the UK's top 10 but after its first week on sale, could only manage number 14.

Number one in the chart was taken by Timbaland's new track Give It To Me, which knocked the Proclaimers' classic (I'm Gonna Be) 500 Miles, off top spot.

Posh lined up for dance show

Victoria Beckham is being lined up to appear on the next series of US reality show Dancing With The Stars, according to reports.

The Sun claims Beckham will be offered the role following the success of the similarly 'unpopular' Heather Mills on the show.

The Sun quotes 'a source' as saying: 'We are halfway through the series and it has been massive. A lot is down to Heather.

'We really want Victoria. She's not very popular right now, like Heather wasn't. That's why she'd be perfect.

Bumper book deal for Jamie

Jamie Oliver is to cash in to the tune of £2.5 million for writing his autobiography.

According to The Mirror, the celebrity chef will pick up one of the highest fees for a celebrity's life story, that will include stories about cooking for the likes of Tony Blair and Brad Pitt.

'A friend' is quoted as saying: 'Jamie is 31 and feels it is the right time to bring out his book.

'He has achieved more than most celebrities who write autobiographies. This will give him a chance to tell everyone what it was really like.'
