Linds is on trial for allegedly lying to police after a car crash, reckless driving and violating her probation for a 2011 jewelry theft conviction, she pleaded no contest to two counts in a plea deal and has been sentenced to 90 days in locked rehab, 30 days community labor and 18 months psychotherapy. Mark Heller, meanwhile, is about to undergo investigation for witness tampering after he, allegedly, tried to convince Lindsay's former assistant, Gavin Doyle, to lie under oath. Oo-er!
