Actor Hugh Grant became a father for the first time after a ‘brief fling’ with Chinese actress Tinglang Hong. Grant apparently turned up the day after the birth for 30 minutes before heading to Scotland for a round of golf. Is he taking inspiration from President Sarkozy, who pulled a similar stunt with the recent birth of his daughter? Men. Tsk.

Kate’s Royal duties

Kate Middleton - sorry, ahem… Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William visit the UNICEF Emergency Supply Centre in Copenhagen, Denmark. And now she’s allegedly had his baby (baby, babeeeeeey!).

Reality guru Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce after 72 days of marital bliss. Kim, who is famous for no apparent reason, allegedly had her PR firm select Kris Humphries - a freakishly tall, weird looking, creepy dude – to be her true love. He wasn’t. Honestly, you shouldn’t choose a husband in the same way you would pick up groceries, Kim.

Occupying occupation

The Occupy London protesters have been given until the New Year to camp outside St Paul’s Cathedral after the church temporarily drops its plans of forced eviction. To date this episode has seen two major resignations at the cathedral and has left the Church of England wide open to criticism over it’s stance on the anti-capitalist movement.
