This creamy dip, known as labneh in the Middle East, is simply yogurt that has been strained
 

Ingredients

  • 400g/14oz Greek yogurt
  • 4 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp each dill and mint, chopped
  • extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Serves: 8 Preparation: 5   Total Time: 5min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Tip the yogurt into a fine sieve set over a bowl, then leave to drain in the fridge for hr. Discard any liquid that has drained off.
