Tomato and Cumin Pork and Spinach Biryani

Turn a simple family meal into a feast with a jar of Sharwood's Biryani sauce
 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • 200g Diced Pork
  • 80g Baby Spinach leaves
  • 1 Jar Sharwood's Tomato and Cumin 2 step Biryani sauce
  • 150g Raw Basmati rice
  • 150ml Water
  • Chopped fresh coriander to garnish

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan
  2. Add the diced pork and fry until sealed
  3. Add the spice blend from the topper and mix gently
  4. Add the spinach leaves and mix
  5. Pour in the jar of the sauce and mix well
  6. Sprinkle the rice on top, followed by the water
