Turn a simple family meal into a feast with a jar of Sharwood's Biryani sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 200g Diced Pork
- 80g Baby Spinach leaves
- 1 Jar Sharwood's Tomato and Cumin 2 step Biryani sauce
- 150g Raw Basmati rice
- 150ml Water
- Chopped fresh coriander to garnish
Directions

- Heat oil in a non stick pan
- Add the diced pork and fry until sealed
- Add the spice blend from the topper and mix gently
- Add the spinach leaves and mix
- Pour in the jar of the sauce and mix well
- Sprinkle the rice on top, followed by the water
