Tone the body with the single arm squat to press
Hey ladies,
Here is another fat busting full body movement for you to try, the single arm squat to press.
The movement exercises everything from the entire leg area and abs to the shoulders and arms, plus it is a real heart rate raiser. This is a perfect combination to get your metabolism to a whole new level.
Aim to perform 15 reps on either side followed by a 30-60 sec plank, repeat this three times with no rest between sets.
It will take no longer than six minutes but will feel like you have done a lot more.
Remember to keep the back straight and really squeeze those bum mucles to get the most out of this exercise. This movement is a must for firm thighs and abs and arms to die for.
