Standard Terms & Conditions of Holiday Preview Package

This offer is designed for couples aged between 30 and 65 with a joint annual income in excess of £45,000. It is based on two people sharing a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment and sharing group B Hertz hire car. No group bookings. Attendance at a 90-minute personalized tour of facilities at Marriott's Club Son Antem Resort is required to qualify for this offer, and both partners must attend together. If a participant chooses not to attend the personalized tour then the full cost of the package shall be payable. The package price is payable at the time of booking. Supplemental prices are payable for July/August bookings.

Cost of the package is subsidised by MVCI. Full retail cost of the package ranges from £475 - £1,140 for two people. Package includes 3 nights accommodation at Marriott's Club Son Antem Resort and a group B Hertz hire car. Offer subject to availability of rooms. Breakfast is not included. Hire car includes cost of a group B Hertz hire car only on Hertz conditions of use. Flights, expenses and taxes are not included. Airport tax is payable at all Spanish Airports on arrival.

Offer is open to European residents only. This offer is not available to existing MVCI Holiday Owners that own at this resort or have taken more than two holiday previews to European MVCI resorts, to individuals who have previously taken advantage of this offer, or any other MVCI holiday offer in the last 12 months, or to employees of Marriott International and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members.

This travel package is organised by MVCI Europe Ltd. Arrangements have been made pursuant to the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 to safeguard your monies paid in conjunction with this offer and to cover the cost of the package in the event of the operator's insolvency.
