Traditional Easter fun in Bo'ness with steam trains and an Easter egg for every young passenger. Additional entertainment includes a tombola, Easter bonnet competition, colouring competition and a magic show.

The Girvan Easter cycle race (various venues)
7 - 9 April
The prestigious cycle race, the only stage race on British Cycling's Premier Calendar elite road racing series, returns for the Easter weekend.

A traditional Easter egg hunt is staged in the grounds of magnificent Floors Castle, with thousands of eggs to find, and an Easter Bunny to entertain the little ones. There's also a pig roast and barbeque, as well as a treasure trail.

This promises to be the biggest Easter egg hunt in the Borders, with over 7000 eggs hidden in the maze, woodlands and grounds. There will be egg painting and the Easter bunny to find too.
