A fun twist on this refreshing treat.
Ingredients
- 1 large mango, peel and stone removed, diced (approx. 350g / ½ oz flesh)
- 180ml / 6 ½ fl oz tropical fruit juice
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
