Ingredients

  • 1 pound sea scallops, trimmed and sliced into 1/3" thick circles
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ? cup fresh lime juice (3-4 limes)
  • ? cup fresh orange juice (1-2 oranges)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Round pepper, to taste
  • 1 rip mango, peeled, diced
  • ? cup diced avocado

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and refrigerate hours, stirring once or twice.
  2. Before serving, add diced mango and avocado. If desired, serve on single romaine leaves garnished with fruit slices.
