Tuna salad with capers, potatoes and green beans

1.5kg/3lb 6oz new potatoes, cut into 1cm/ 1/2in slices
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp chopped capers
- 250g/9oz green beans, trimmed and halved
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 x 400g can tuna chunks in brine, and drained
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- black olives to garnish (optional)

In a large saucepan, cook the potatoes in boiling water salted water. Drain, then transfer to a large bowl.
Combine the next ingredients to make a dressing and pour over the hot potatoes. Toss gently but thoroughly and set aside to cool.
