  1. 1. Prize draw open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over excluding employees and agents of the promoter, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. 2. No purchase necessary. To enter the prize draw entrants simply fill in their details on the website or send the PSLA voucher form to Vaseline Pampering Days Competition, PO Box 10220, Sutton Coldfield B76 1ZH.
  3. 3. The closing date for all entries is 31st March 2007. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
  4. 4. Strictly one entry per person. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted.
  5. 5. Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for any lost, damaged or late entries.
  6. 6. The prize draw will be independently supervised and drawn at random. The winners will be notified by post within 28 days of the prize draw.
  7. 7. There are five prizes to be won. Each prize is a Spa Seekers De Luxe Pamper day voucher to use at a participating venue worth #139.95.
  8. 8. Each Spa Seekers De Luxe Pamper day voucher entitles the holder to the following: Full Body Massage (1 Hour), Prescription Facial (30 Minutes), Manicure (file & polish) (30 Minutes), Pedicure (file & polish) (30 Minutes), Light Lunch plus use of all facilities (swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, gym etc). Vouchers are valid to use on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The De Luxe Pamper Day starts at 10am and finishes at 5pm.
  9. 9. The providers of the De Luxe Pamper Day reserve the right to make alterations to the package without notice.
  10. 10. Appointments must be booked within 6 months of the winners? being notified, vouchers are only valid for 6 months. Usage restrictions apply. Full terms and conditions will be provided on the voucher. Details of how to choose a venue will be provided to the winners.
  11. 11. The promoter?s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  13. 13. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize offered with a prize of equal or greater value.

  16. 16. The promoter reserves the right to hold or cancel the prizes in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
