This light and refreshing vodka and watermelon sorbet is strictly for grown-ups!
Ingredients
- 1 small seedless watermelon
- 200ml vodka
- Caster sugar to taste
- Chopped fresh mint for garnish

- Pour the mixture into a shallow lidded plastic box. Freeze for - hours, until ice crystals appear around the edge. Churn with a spoon or hand mixer and then return to the freezer
