Walnut & Maple Syrup Steamed Sponge Pudding

The walnuts can be omitted totally for anybody with nut allergies.
Ingredients
- 150g Flora Buttery spread
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g self raising flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 50g white Sugar
- 30g chopped walnuts
- 6 tbsp Maple syrup
Directions

- Beat the Flora with sugar until creamed up and fluffy.
- Gradually incorporate the egg yolks.
- Add the flour in stages.
- Whisk the egg whites with g of the sugar to a stiff peak.
- Mix the walnuts and syrup and divide between the base of the basins.
