This salad is a fusion of exotic flavours; the sweet fruity sauce with a hint of ginger complements the rich blue cheese
Ingredients
- 1x 100g bag green salad leaves
- 100g Roquefort cheese
- 1 pear - peeled and sliced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 100g Walnut halves
- 1/2 jar Sharwood's Plum Sauce
- 1/2 lime
