Walnut, pear and Roquefort salad with plum sauce dresssing

This salad is a fusion of exotic flavours; the sweet fruity sauce with a hint of ginger complements the rich blue cheese
 

Ingredients

  • 1x 100g bag green salad leaves
  • 100g Roquefort cheese
  • 1 pear - peeled and sliced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 100g Walnut halves
  • 1/2 jar Sharwood's Plum Sauce
  • 1/2 lime
Serves: 2 Preparation: 5 Cook Time: 2 Total Time: 7min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Place the salad and sliced pears on a large salad bowl, crumble over the cheese and leave to one side.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
  3. Add the walnuts and stir-fry for minute or until slightly crispy.
