Warm chickpea salad with harissa and preserved lemons

Turn humble chickpeas into the star of the show with this zingy warm salad
 

Ingredients

  • 400g x Can of chickpeas
  • 5tsps x Al'Fez Harissa Paste
  • 1tbsp x Lazy garlic
  • 1 x Al'Fez Preserved Lemon
  • 2tbsps x Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 x Red Onion
  • 1/2 x Yellow Pepper
  • Handful of coriander
Serves: 4 Preparation: 10 Cook Time: 10 Total Time: 20min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Boil chickpeas in water for minutes
  2. Dice pepper and onion, and stir fry over a medium heat adding oil and garlic, for minutes
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Meanwhile, wash the Al'Fez Preserved Lemon and dice
