Warm crushed new potatoes with Grilled Pepper Philly

- 600 g baby new potatoes, washed and trimmed
- 1 dsp Light mayonnaise
- 180 g Philadelphia Light with Grilled Peppers
- 1 small glove of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 10 g fresh basil leaves, shredded

- Cook the potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the heat and drain.
- Mix the mayonnaise into the Philly along with the crushed garlic. Stir in the basil leaves.
- Fork the potatoes into the Philly mixture, lightly crushing the potatoes with the fork as you mix. Season to taste.
- Serve with griddled or barbecued fish or meat and green salad.
