Warm soy and chilli chicken with mango and avocado salad

Clever cooks know that adding a dash of soy sauce adds a certain something to a salad dressing. Try this simple salad, and you'll see what we mean!
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into 4
- 2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 green chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
- ? red onion, thinly sliced
- 100g fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Small handful of torn basil leaves
- 1 mango, peeled and cut into thin strips
- Fresh limes to serve

- Pre-heat the grill. Mix the soy sauce, orange juice and chilli in a bowl, toss in the chicken and leave to marinate for minutes.
- Remove the chicken, reserving the marinade. Cook the chicken under the grill for minutes, turning half way through.
