Clever cooks know that adding a dash of soy sauce adds a certain something to a salad dressing. Try this simple salad, and you'll see what we mean!
 

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into 4
  • 2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 green chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
  • ? red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Small handful of torn basil leaves
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • Fresh limes to serve
Serves: 2 Preparation: 20 Cook Time: 10 Total Time: 30min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the grill. Mix the soy sauce, orange juice and chilli in a bowl, toss in the chicken and leave to marinate for minutes.
  2. Remove the chicken, reserving the marinade. Cook the chicken under the grill for minutes, turning half way through.
