- 125ml grapeseed oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 150-200g watercress
- 3 grapefruit, cut into segments

Variation
- For an elegant starter, add tbsp walnut oil and reduce the grapeseed oil to l. Scatter walnut halves over the salad.
