I know a lot of people hate reality TV shows, especially ones that claim that they are not scripted when they actually are - but I am a complete sucker for them.

The Hills, and Laguna Beach will always be my favourite, and I cannot deny the fact that they have had a hand in planning my annual holiday this year (yes I am going to LA, where everyone has shiny white teeth and permanent tans!).

With my trip looming I have started to seek inspiration for my wardrobe. What does a girl pack when she is going to Hollywood? Or even on a day trip into town, OK maybe even just a trip to the cinema if you aren’t feeling adventurous!?

Audrina may not be the brightest star in the series, but her style does stand out for me. Yes, I love LC, but this week Instagram drew my attention to Audrina’s page.

I particularly like this outfit due to its versatility; it can be dressed up or down easily. If you hadn’t already guessed, that is my favourite style; simple and easy to recreate, minimum effort required!!

This outfit can take you from day to night; just add your favourite chain or, if you like the added height, some nice black heels. With the denim shirts I tend to go for a size or two bigger than I normally go for as they look better loose. And as for the black vest top, you can pick that up anywhere like HM for 3.99 or Primark for £2.
