How many different diets have you tried? Are you the first to jump on board when a new ‘miracle’ diet makes the headlines? Here’s a rundown on the pros and cons of dieting and how to lose weight effectively.

  • Unbalanced diets are unhealthy

    We all need to eat from the main food groups regularly, having a good balance of fruit and veg, carbohydrates, protein, dairy and good fats, and limiting sugary and processed foods.
