A sophisticated lunch time snack which kids will love too. Try adding a teaspoon of creme fraiche to each of the filled Pittas for an added creamy taste!
Ingredients
- 1 bag of any Findus Wok
- 4 skinned boneless chicken fillets
- 4 white or wholemeal pita breads
- 200g mixed salad leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & ground black pepper
- Dressing
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Slice the chicken filets into m chunks. Stir-fry until sealed on both sides and add Findus wok to the pan. Continue to stir-fry on high for minutes.
- Meanwhile heat the pita breads in the microwave for minute.
- Mix the dressing ingredients together and add to the pan. Stir-fry for a further - minutes until heated through.
- Remove the pita breads from the microwave and slice horizontally, leaving side sealed. Partly fill each pitta bread with salad leaves, add tablespoons of the chicken and Findus Wok stir-fry, and drizzle with any remaining sauce.
- Serve straight away.
