The Equal Opportunities Commission can take legal action against advertisers who play on discrimination for effect.

Housing, Goods, Facilities
You should not be discriminated against when:

• looking for housing, for example if you are applying for a mortgage or a loan
• trying to get hold of goods or services
• trying to use certain facilities – for example, if you are taking part in a recreational activity
