Redundancy following relocation
In October my company relocated from the south coast to Norwich. I was pressured to move, so I agreed to a six month contract. As I'm unhappy, I intend to move back to the south coast at the end of the contract. Am I still entitled to redundancy? My direct boss seems to think I could be, I'm unsure.

I'm really sorry the move hasn't worked out.
When the company moved the first time, that was a redundancy situation. You opted to give the move a go, and as such, any preserved entitlement to redundancy is dependent on the terms of the new contract. There is also a statutory trial period (shorter than the six months you've got) - did anyone mention that to you?
If there's nothing in the contract about redundancy you may well no longer be entitled - but I do think it's worth pushing on a 'moral' level. You've put yourself out hugely for this company: the least they can do is reward that.
