Can I keep my company car during Maternity Leave?

The company car is yours during your first 26 weeks of maternity leave. This is because during your first 26 weeks all your contractual rights (apart from pay) continue as usual. After the first 26 weeks maternity leave some contractual rights continue but most do not. For further information about what you are entitled to whilst on maternity leave please send £1 and an SAE for the Maternity Alliance fact sheet ‘Rights during Maternity Leave’.
