I am a Food Technologist by profession but I am working as a secretary. How can I improve my typing speed?
Doing a touch-typing course would help increase your speed and confidence. As you're in a job, you could either look for day-release courses or an evening class. If your employer is willing to let you have some time off in the working week that would be great but, if not, there should be plenty of opportunities for studying after work.
