7. Go to bed earlier than normal: sleep is a powerful healer and balances the nervous system

8. Do not forget to breathe! Practise breathing techniques and consider taking up mediation or yoga to help relax the body.

9. Eat five portions of fruit and veg a day and drink plenty of hot water: this is the basic fuel requirement for a healthy body
