Quick fix for work pressure
I'm under so much pressure at work, I can't even think straight anymore these days. How can I clear my mind?
There is a wonderful Yogic breathing exercise that can restore mental calm in just a few minutes. Its called alternate nostril breathing. Here's how to do it place your right thumb lightly on your right nostril and breathe in deeply through your left nostril. Close your left nostril with your middle finger as you release your right thumb and exhale through your right nostril. Do it again in reverse. In other words, switch to the opposite nostril each time you breathe out.
Although it sounds a little weird, it's a very powerful technique for calming yourself during times of intense stress. If you repeat the process for about 60 seconds, you'll feel like a new person.
