'I was excited to try the new upper body range as I had experienced excellent results with both the Hot pants shorts and also with the Capris. I did find the jacket quite hard to get into but once it was on, it was very comfortable as was the top and sports bra. I wore the all at work, teaching dance and was able to move quite freely. The only drawback, I found, was as I have a long body, the top kept riding up every time my arms went above my head. After wearing them for a few hours a day for 3 weeks, I have gone down a top size which was very pleasing. Now my friends all want to know my secret!'

The Coola Bra
'I received the pink bra and thought it looked nice and funky!! I found the bra very comfortable to wear, also being slightly bigger busted I felt it gave me control. You can feel the heat building up when you have it on and that was me just doing housework!!'

The hot top
'I managed to get myself into this with a little bit of a struggle, it felt as if i was rolling it on!! Not sure if perhaps I’d have been better with a size bigger or what. Once on though it was great, comfortable, and you can feel the build-up of heat almost straight away. When I took it off I felt my skin was lovely and soft and it felt so nice. I wore it around the house while doing housework so can imagine how much more effect it would have when wearing it to an exercise class.'

Full body blazer
'I wore this with just a normal t shirt on and thought it felt a tight and uncomfortable. Even with a bigger size I think it`d still be the same. You do feel the heat building up but not in the same as the hot top. I tried it again with the hot top underneath and I still felt uncomfortable but felt the heat worked a lot better and quicker. Was really hot and sweaty by the time I’d finished hoovering.'

'I have been using the Zaggora body clothes for a few weeks now and I can definitely tell that they are making me work harder.  I found the jacket tough to get on but once on the fact the elbows are made of a different material is fab as I could move my arms with ease.

'I have tried wearing the shorts I've tried before, the sports bra, top and jacket during a run and that wasn't a good idea as I felt like I was overheating so will definitely stick to either top half or bottom half in the clothes.

'Sadly I haven't noticed any change in my body size but having read up on the website you need to wear the clothes for 30 mins every day to see the full benefits and this just isn't practical however I felt I must be burning more calories wearing the clothes by the sheer amount of sweet my body was producing.

'Once you are used to the feel of the clothes when you remove them and they are covered in sweat they are fab, the bra was really supportive and considering I have a small bust this is something I struggle with normally.'

I was very happy when my box of Zaggora upper body wear items turned up to try out this week, especially as it timed nicely with me having some more time to exercise so I got straight to trying them out.

'The first product I tried was the Coola Bra, I loved the design and bright orange colour and it was very comfortable and flexible to wear although not being that big up top I did find I needed to pull it down a couple of times during a vigorous workout. However it wasn’t a big issue and whilst I was very sweaty underneath it, I actually felt quite cool whilst wearing it; getting out of it after being so hot and sweaty was another issue though, but I managed to peel myself out of it eventually!

'The second product I tried was the Hot Top; this fit nicely and is a lovely blue colour.  It’s flexible and stayed in place, even during a vigorous workout; it was also quite easy to get back out of once you’re finished, despite being very sweaty even after only 40 minutes and I didn’t feel hot in it either.

'The final product I tried was the full body blazer. I loved the style of this and this fit very snugly, however it was quite a close fit on the arms and so if you wanted to use the pocket on the arm to put your mobile phone or MP3 player in, you will be quite aware that it is there and if you have a large phone it may not fit. The idea is a good one though as most people enjoy listening to music whilst out running which is what I feel this blazer is best suited to.

'Whilst working out I felt myself getting very sweaty everywhere that the blazer covered and it was comfortable to wear, I especially like the thumbholes to cover your hands too. All in all an excellent product that does what it’s supposed to and is comfortable to wear.

'I really enjoyed being able to test out the new Zaggora upper body wear range and loved every product, my favourites though have to be the hot top for work outs and the full body blazer for going for a run.'

'I walk quite a bit and do a lot of indoor activities/exercise such as Wii fit and Kinect. 

'The first thing I noticed was how lovely the material felt. It is soft yet supportive and sticks to your skin without feeling uncomfortable. I like the style and the colour as they look 'expensive' and not like cheap end exercise wear. 

'After light exercise of 30 minutes I found that I felt very very warm. I used the clothing every day for a minimum of 30 minutes for 3 weeks. 

'Overall I feel a lot 'fitter' my breathing seems better and I don't feel as physically exhausted after exercising although still feeling like I have exercised. The sweat captured is amazing and I especially love how quickly they dry after washing… what wonderful material. 

'After 7 days I felt like I could see a difference in my legs especially. I have pretty bad cellulite on the inside of my legs from my children and my tummy is a little ore moveable and less firm after childbirth. I have noticed subtle differences in the way my body looks now especially around my 'love handle' and thigh area. 

'I have lose 3cm from my thighs and 1cm from my tummy/waist which may seem like a small amount so far BUT I look more toned and the bumps and lumps look smoother and less 'mummy' which is definitely a look I prefer so I am not too concerned about the 'actual' size loss. 

'I will continue using them and losing the weight/toning and feeling much better. Who needs a makeover… I just needed these!!'

'Having previously tried and liked the Zaggora hotpants I was excited to learn that they have expanded their range into upper body wear and that there are already a number of different items to choose from. I received a Hot Top, a Coola Bra and a Full Body Blazer.

'They are all fast drying, have odour control and UV protection and yet are also Eco-friendly.

'Of the three, the Hot Top got the most use. The top looks like a gym top, albeit of a thicker material and I had no problem wearing it on its own. I found it reasonably comfortable and very lightweight. Generally I wore it without a bra which was OK but it would be even better if it could have some kind of built-in support around the bust. As with the Hot Pants I found I worked up a sweat even when I was doing reasonably gentle exercise. I didn’t particularly lose much around my midriff during the trial but this is likely to be due to an excess of eating and lack of exercise over the Christmas holidays and I will certainly continue to wear it.

'The Full Body Blazer is made of a similar material to the top.  The blazer is smart looking and well fitted, although this does mean it doesn’t fit that comfortably over the Hot Top. I love the extended cuffs with thumb holes which allow the hands to stay warm and are made of a softer material to the rest of the garment.  I’m not a runner but I can imagine that this would be perfect for pounding the streets in.  It is also great under a coat & gloves in snowy weather!  The only minor issue is the noise it makes as the arms rub against the body but I stopped noticing it after a short time.

'Unlike the other two items, the Coola Bra is made of a silky soft material which is apparently made from nano sized coffee grounds!  I wasn’t brave - nor was it warm - enough to wear it alone but under a t-shirt it felt very comfortable and kept me dry from sweat.  Perhaps when I’ve had more use of the Hot Top I will be able to reveal my new improved stomach and wear the Coola Bra on its own!

'Like the Hotpants, the Hot Top & Body Blazer do have a smell a little like a wetsuit, but I’ve been assured that it is not off putting to other people!

'Overall I liked all of the products and will be continuing to use them as I (like many) resolve to get fit again this year!'

I have both the hotpants and the capri pants, which I always wear when exercising, they are so comfortable and I like the SWEAT they produce – makes me feel like I’m achieving something & being productive. I love the material as it is windproof, which is important as I run by the beach. I lost inches and weight as result of exercising & wearing Zaggora , but exercise inconsistently so no “happy ever after” from me. Have washed all items on cool wash & air dry, which has been perfect.

Full Body Blazer is SO comfy, I love it. BUT. The ipod pocket isn’t big enough for my smartphone (the whole world doesn’t use ipods!), so I have to keep that in my pocket… and the pockets of the jacket are not big enough for a bottle of water, so in all this isn’t very practical running clothing for me. I suppose if I went to a gym it would be a great jacket to wear en route.

HoTTop is too short! I have a big belly, and the vest rides up constantly, so I am always pulling it down when running, which annoys me, so I have stopped wearing it. Maybe once my gut has decreased…

Coola Bra is fab. Fits comfortably whilst supporting and still allowing me to breathe, and gorgeous colours too.
